When the device disconnected, how to deal with?Q : Can lamp be installed outdoor?
A : As the lamp is not waterproof, if it's installed outdoor, ensure that there will be no water droplets into the lamp to avoid
damage and short circuit.
Q :Can the lamp be installed in the lampshade?
A : MR16 can be used in sealed fixture, the others can't used in sealed fixture.
Q :How long is the connection distance ?
A :Please keep in 10-15 M between smart device and Lamps, keep the lamp and lamp in 10-15 M to make sure the mesh can work fluency.
Q :Why does the lamp paired fail?
A :There are few reason to cause paired failed.
1. It might have been connected, the second user needs to connect by share step.
2. The distance between smart device and lamp is too far, or the lamp have been blocking, it's highly recommend install in open fixture.
If it still failed after check this two problem, please try to reset the lamp.

2. The distance of smart device and lamps need to be keep in 10-15 M.
3. Is there any smart device controlling the lamps.
4. The power of lamps need to be ON.
If it still failed after check this 4 problem, please try to reset the lamp.
Q :How is the upper limit paired connections with mobile phone / tablet to each device ?
A :It only can be controlled by one smart device at the same time.
Q :How many devices can be connected to each smart phone or tablet at the same time?
A :It can connect max to 250 lamps by mesh.
Q :How to reset device?
A :(1)APP resetting step : there is a pencil icon on the upper right hand side, tap it and choose [Lamp reset to initial setting], the lamp flashes three times to complete the reset.
(2) Manual reset step : Turn off the lamp power, turn on the lamp power, while the light on turn it off immediately, repeat this step three times, and turn on the lamp power and wait about 10-15 seconds, turn off the power, repeat this process two times, while the sixth time the lamp will flashes three times to complete the reset. If it failed, please wait about one minute to reset the lamp again.
Q :Will the other connected users be affected when one of the users has reset the device?
A :When the lamp is reset, it will clear all settings of the lamp, and all the phones that are paired with this device will not be able to connect.
Q :Can the other user connect my lamp?
A :After the first user paired with the lamp, it needs to use [Established network] to connect with lamps for second user.
